House of Racing is the sim racing centre for Roermond and Limburg, located in the heart of the Roercenter at Roersingelpassage 24. Since opening on 19 September 2025, visitors from across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany have been racing on 14 professional Sim-Lab simulators fitted with force-feedback steering wheels and load-cell pedals. Founded by Kevin Bonke, House of Racing stems from a personal passion for sim racing and motorsport, with a mission to make racing accessible to everyone.
House of Racing officially opened its doors in September 2025, but the idea had originated much earlier. During the coronavirus pandemic, when terms such as ‘lockdown’, ‘curfew’ and ‘1.5-metre social distancing’ dominated daily life, founder Kevin Bonke bought his first foldable racing simulator. In his small flat in the heart of Nijmegen, this marked the start of the adventure that would eventually grow into House of Racing.
What began as a hobby – sim racing with friends and family – quickly grew into a true passion. Kevin always had a penchant for realistic motorsports and therefore started track riding on his own Yamaha R6 RJ15 (600cc). This bike can now be admired at the House of Racing facility in Roermond. The combination of sim racing at home and real motorsport on the circuit gave rise to an idea: how can you bring that world of virtual and real racing closer together?

Roermond is the perfect place for House of Racing. Since the arrival of the Designer Outlet Center, the city has become a major tourist attraction. Millions of visitors come from all over the world every year, even more than at the Efteling. Yet Roermond is much more than just a shopping town. The rich, burgundian history and the attractive city center make it a place where hospitality and experience come together, exactly what we at House of Racing want to radiate.
Slowly but surely, the idea behind House of Racing took shape. The name really says it all: a house for everyone with a passion for racing and motorsports. A place where experience, community and technology come together. House of Racing is the result of a collaboration between Kevin, Affamé and Sim-Lab. By combining their knowledge and experience, a professional simracing concept was created that is accessible to everyone – from novice driver to experienced racer.
Not far from Roermond lies the birthplace of the most famous Dutch racing family: Jos and Max Verstappen. This region can rightly be called the cradle of Dutch racing talent. For them, the road to success was paved with perseverance, passion and hard work – values that are also central to House of Racing.
Racing is, by its very nature, an expensive and exclusive sport. House of Racing wants to change that. By combining the world of sim racing with real motorsport experience, everyone gets the chance to showcase their talent. Our dream is to eventually see the best sim racers make the transition to a real racing car – one that is more efficient, more sustainable and more affordable than ever before.

House of Racing combines professional Sim-Lab hardware, 45-inch ultrawide screens and personalised guidance in a compact setup comprising 14 simulators, focusing on a realistic racing experience rather than arcade-style entertainment.
House of Racing was born out of a collaboration between founder Kevin Bonke, Affamé and Sim-Lab.

On location we will help you choose an appropriate car, track and difficulty level. Beginners can start low-threshold, experienced racers can choose more challenge.
