Applicability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>These terms and conditions apply to all services and products of House of Racing B.V., including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>separate reservations;<\/li>\n\n<li>group bookings;<\/li>\n\n<li>corporate events;<\/li>\n\n<li>rides cards and vouchers;<\/li>\n\n<li>event tickets;<\/li>\n\n<li>leagues, challenges and endurance races;<\/li>\n\n<li>merchandise and pre-orders;<\/li>\n\n<li>site visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Differing agreements are valid only when confirmed in writing by House of Racing.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Access and age<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>The minimum age for participation in regular racing sessions is <strong>12 years old.<\/strong> Persons under the age of <strong>16 <\/strong>must be accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n\n<p>The minimum height for participation is <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">145 cm.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>House of Racing reserves the right to refuse participation when, in our judgment, participation is not safe or responsible, such as due to age, height, behavior, health or improper use of the simulators.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Reservation and payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Reservations can be made online through the reservation system or, if available, on site.<\/p>\n\n<p>Online reservations must be paid directly via the payment methods offered. A booking is final only upon receipt of payment or written confirmation by House of Racing. <\/p>\n\n<p>Payment on site is only possible if there is availability at that time and is preferably by PIN.<\/p>\n\n<p>Participants are expected on location at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the booking. In case of late arrival, lost time may be deducted from the booked session with no right to refund. <\/p>\n\n<p>House of Racing reserves the right to refuse, reschedule or cancel a reservation if there is a valid reason to do so, such as technical problems, force majeure, safety reasons or unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to <strong>48 hours before the start<\/strong> of the booked session. Cancel or reschedule via email to info@houseofracing.nl. <\/p>\n\n<p>There will be no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours before the start, late cancellations or no-shows.<\/p>\n\n<p>If arriving late, the original session end time will remain in effect. Missed time will not be refunded or made up unless otherwise decided by House of Racing. <\/p>\n\n<p>Additional or different cancellation policies may apply to group bookings, business bookings and custom arrangements. These will be stated in advance or in the quotation if applicable. <\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6<strong>. Trip cards, vouchers and credits<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Trip cards, vouchers and credits are personal unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n<p>A ride card, voucher or credit is valid for the period of time specified at the time of purchase. When no separate validity is specified, a standard validity of 1 year from the date of purchase applies. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ride cards, vouchers and credits are not redeemable for cash.<\/p>\n\n<p>The use of ride cards, vouchers and credits is subject to availability. House of Racing may request to schedule sessions in advance via email or WhatsApp. <\/p>\n\n<p>In case of abuse, fraud or transfer in violation of the terms and conditions, House of Racing reserves the right to void the credit.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Event tickets, leagues, challenges and endurance races.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Separate event conditions may apply to events, leagues, challenges, endurance races and other special activities. These are listed on the respective event page or at the time of ticket purchase. <\/p>\n\n<p>Event tickets are valid only for the specific event for which the ticket was purchased.<\/p>\n\n<p>For team tickets, the ticket is valid for one team. The minimum and maximum team size are listed on the event page. Participants must provide the requested team and participant information correctly when registering.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Event tickets are basically non-refundable, unless House of Racing cancels the event and no suitable alternative is offered.<\/p>\n\n<p>House of Racing reserves the right to modify the format, schedule, cars, circuits, rules or format of an event when necessary for the execution, safety or practical organization of the event.<\/p>\n\n<p>Participants must be present on time for briefing, qualifying or race. Late appearance may affect participation or starting position, with no right to a refund. <\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Group bookings and business bookings<\/h3>\n\n<p>For groups, corporate outings, exclusive rentals and custom programs, House of Racing can provide a quote.<\/p>\n\n<p>A business booking or group booking is final once confirmed in writing and\/or payment or deposit has been made.<\/p>\n\n<p>Business bookings may allow payment by invoice. House of Racing reserves the right to require payment in advance or a deposit. <\/p>\n\n<p>Changes in group size, date, time or program are possible only after consultation and subject to availability.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Merchandise and pre-orders.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Merchandise, pre-orders and vouchers for merchandise are subject to the product information and terms and conditions as stated on the product page.<\/p>\n\n<p>For pre-orders, an expected availability time will be communicated. This is an indication and may change due to delivery, production or other circumstances. <\/p>\n\n<p>When a product is available, it can be picked up on location during business hours. Shipping is possible if coordinated in advance and any shipping costs have been paid. <\/p>\n\n<p>Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product is unused, undamaged and in original condition, unless it is a personalized product or a product that has been specially ordered for the customer.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Medical restrictions and use at your own risk<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Participation in sim racing is at your own risk.<\/p>\n\n<p>Use of the simulators can be intensive and may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as epilepsy, severe heart disease, balance disorders, back or neck pain, or pregnancy.<\/p>\n\n<p>If in doubt, the participant should consult a physician beforehand.<\/p>\n\n<p>House of Racing is not liable for any damages, injuries or complaints arising from participation, unless there is intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of House of Racing.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11<strong>. Liability<\/strong>  and damage<\/h3>\n\n<p>Participants should handle the simulators, equipment, seats, handlebars, pedals, screens, headsets and other House of Racing property with care.<\/p>\n\n<p>Damage caused by intentional, careless use, reckless behavior or failure to follow instructions may be recovered from the person responsible.<\/p>\n\n<p>House of Racing is not liable for loss, theft or damage to visitors&#8217; personal property.<\/p>\n\n<p>House of Racing&#8217;s liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid out by its liability insurance in the case in question.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Conduct and house rules<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Visitors should always follow the instructions of House of Racing employees.<\/p>\n\n<p>It is not permitted to participate in racing sessions or events under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/p>\n\n<p>Smoking is not allowed inside the venue.<\/p>\n\n<p>Food and drink is not allowed around or in the simulators, chairs and equipment.<\/p>\n\n<p>In case of misconduct, aggression, dangerous behavior, nuisance or violation of the house rules, House of Racing may refuse participation or deny the visitor access without entitlement to a refund.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. <strong>Imagery, photography, video and livestreams<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Photos and videos may be taken during activities, events, leagues, challenges and races. This footage may be used for social media, website, newsletters, promotion, aftermovies and other House of Racing communication channels. <\/p>\n\n<p>Some events may involve livestreaming. Where possible, this will be mentioned in advance on the event page or during communications surrounding the event. <\/p>\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t want to appear recognizable in the picture? Please notify a House of Racing staff member in advance. We will try to take this into account as much as possible.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Visitors may take their own photos and videos, provided they do not interfere with other visitors or pose a safety risk.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. <strong>Force majeure and technical failures<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>In the event of acts of God, technical failures, power outages, software problems, staff illness, safety reasons or other unforeseen circumstances, House of Racing may reschedule, interrupt or cancel a reservation or event.<\/p>\n\n<p>If House of Racing cancels a booking and no suitable alternative can be offered, the amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n<p>House of Racing will not be liable for any additional costs, consequential damages or lost income due to displacement, interruption or cancellation.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. <strong>Prices, promotions and changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>All prices on the website include VAT unless otherwise indicated.<\/p>\n\n<p>House of Racing reserves the right to change prices, opening hours, packages, promotions, conditions and availability.<\/p>\n\n<p>Actions, discounts and discount codes are not retroactive and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. <strong>Privacy and personal data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>House of Racing processes personal data for processing reservations, payments, communications, newsletters, events and customer contact.<\/p>\n\n<p>Personal data is processed carefully and kept no longer than necessary.<\/p>\n\n<p>For more information, please see House of Racing&#8217;s privacy statement, if available on its website.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>17. Complaints  <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Do you have a complaint or comment? Please contact us at info@houseofracing.nl. <\/p>\n\n<p>We try to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and appropriately.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>18. Applicable law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Dutch law applies to all agreements, reservations, purchases and visits to House of Racing.<\/p>\n\n<p>Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this fails, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. <\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>19. Sale of hardware and physical products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>In addition to bookings, events and other services, House of Racing also sells complete simulator packages, personal computers, monitors and other simulator hardware and accessories (\u201cProducts\u201d). The sale of Products is governed by the provisions of this clause, in addition to the other clauses of these general terms and conditions, insofar as they apply. <\/p>\n\n<p>Quotations for Products are non-binding and remain valid for the period stated in the quotation, unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n<p>Delivered Products remain the property of House of Racing until the buyer has fulfilled their payment obligations in full.<\/p>\n\n<p>Products are subject to the warranty terms and conditions of the relevant supplier or manufacturer. In the event of a fault, you may contact the supplier directly, or House of Racing to act as an intermediary. This warranty does not affect the consumer\u2019s statutory rights, including the minimum two-year guarantee of conformity within the European Union, starting from the date of delivery.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Where a contract for a Product is concluded with a consumer at a distance, for example by email or telephone, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the Product without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal does not apply to Products that have been assembled to the buyer\u2019s specifications, such as a custom-configured personal computer. In the event of a valid withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded within the statutory period; any return costs may be borne by the buyer.  <\/p>\n\n<p>House of Racing endeavours to deliver Products within the timeframe specified in the quotation. This timeframe is an estimated delivery time, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Should the delivery timeframe be significantly exceeded, House of Racing will contact the buyer; a consumer has the right to terminate the contract free of charge if delivery does not take place within a further, reasonable timeframe.  <\/p>\n\n<p>House of Racing may require payment in advance for Products. Payment in advance does not affect the consumer\u2019s statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal. <\/p>\n\n<p>House of Racing is liable for defects in Products supplied to the extent required by law. Any other liability in relation to Products is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by House of Racing\u2019s liability insurance. <\/p>\n\n<p>Clause 18 of these general terms and conditions (applicable law) also applies to the sale of Products.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mobile Terms and Conditions of Service<\/h1>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">House of Racing<\/h2>\n\n<p>Last updated: July 19, 2026<\/p>\n\n<p>The House of Racing mobile messaging service (the \u201cService\u201d) is operated by House of Racing (\u201cHouse of Racing\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d or \u201cus\u201d). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions (\u201cMobile Terms\u201d). We may amend or terminate the Service or any part thereof without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also amend these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of such amendments shall constitute your acceptance of them.   <\/p>\n\n<p><br>By subscribing to the House of Racing SMS\/text message service, you agree to receive recurring SMS\/text messages from and on behalf of House of Racing, via your mobile network operator, to the mobile number you have provided, even if this number is registered on a national or regional \u2018do not call\u2019 list. Text messages may be sent using an automated dialling system or other technology. Promotional messages may contain offers, special promotions and other marketing communications (for example, reminders about an abandoned shopping basket).  <br>Please note that you do not need to sign up for this programme in order to make purchases, and that your consent is not a condition of purchase at House of Racing. Participation in this programme is entirely voluntary. <\/p>\n\n<p><br>We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any charges your mobile network operator may apply for sending and receiving text messages. The frequency of messages may vary. Message and data charges may apply. Please check your mobile contract and contact your provider for details. You are entirely responsible for all costs relating to SMS\/text messages, including charges from your mobile provider.    <\/p>\n\n<p><br>You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Text the keyword STOP to HOR24 or click on the unsubscribe link (if available) in a text message to unsubscribe. You will then receive a one-off confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. No further messages will then be sent to your mobile device, unless you contact us again yourself. If you are subscribed to other House of Racing mobile messaging programmes and wish to unsubscribe from those as well, you must do so separately in accordance with the instructions set out in the relevant terms and conditions for those programmes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.    <\/p>\n\n<p>For support from the Service, text HELP to HOR24 or email <a href=\"mailto:info@houseofracing.nl\">info@houseofracing.nl<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>We may change the short code or telephone number used to manage the Service at any time and will inform you of any such changes. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, which you send to a short code or telephone number that we have changed may not be received, and that we are not responsible for acting on requests contained in such messages. <\/p>\n\n<p><br>The mobile network operators supporting the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number.
